Overview of the Bonus Policy

This Bonus Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use and comes into effect alongside them. All general terms of the Terms and Conditions of Use apply to this Bonus Policy, except where explicitly stated otherwise.

General Provisions

  • If any part of this policy is unclear or if you wish to opt out of receiving our bonuses, please contact our Customer Support team before you begin playing.
  • You must use your Bonus Balance only after depleting any funds in your Real Money Balance.
  • If you use your Bonus Balance and your bet results in a win, the winnings will be added to your Bonus Balance (unless the bet meets all wagering requirements; in that case, unless the bonus is non-cashable, the remaining bonus amount will be transferred to your Real Money Balance).
  • If you place a bet using both Real Money and Bonus Money, any winnings will be credited to your Bonus Balance.
  • Any bonus or free spins credited to your account—whether directly or through a promotional mechanism (such as Prize Twister)—are subject to this Bonus Policy.
  • If the bonus or free spins you attempted to claim do not automatically appear in your account, please contact our Customer Support team before placing any bets so that the bonus/free spins can be credited.
  • Unless stated otherwise in a promotion, bonuses are only available to players who have made at least one successful deposit.
  • Any winnings accrued from Free Spins promotions will be added to your account as a bonus.
  • Having an active bonus does not prevent you from withdrawing funds; however, you must choose to cancel your entire Bonus Balance (including any winnings accrued while the bonus was active) if you wish to withdraw. Should you reverse a withdrawal, the bonus cancelled due to your withdrawal request will not be reinstated. You may cancel your bonus at any time by contacting Customer Support.
  • In rare circumstances, if the bonus needs to be re-added after being cancelled (at the company’s sole discretion), it will be reissued with the full wagering requirements, regardless of any wagering already completed.
  • In the event that a technical misconfiguration, human error, or any other failure results in the incorrect number or value of free spins or a bonus being credited to your account, we reserve the right to correct this by removing any winnings received and reissuing the bonus with the correct configuration.
  • Any attempt to register multiple accounts in order to obtain bonus funds will be deemed bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and the removal of your funds.
  • Individual promotions may have additional terms and conditions that either override or supplement the terms stated here; please review all terms and conditions associated with a promotion before participating. In case of any conflict between the individual promotion’s terms and this Bonus Policy, the promotion’s terms shall prevail.
  • Regardless of the currency in which bonus amounts are advertised or displayed, the bonus will always be credited in the currency your account is configured to.
  • In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we regularly send promotional emails with bonus offers. You are eligible for a bonus only if you receive the email directly from us. To unsubscribe from promotional communications, please contact Customer Support. If we determine that you were not an intended recipient of a particular promotion, even if you meet the wagering criteria, we will not honour any payout requests.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any promotions or bonus offers at any time without prior notice. Such cancellations will not affect any rewards that have already been redeemed.
  • All offers displayed in your Daily Picks are available based on the current state of your account. These offers may become unavailable before their expiry if transactions alter your account status.
  • Unless otherwise specified, the minimum deposit required to qualify for any deposit bonus is €20 or its equivalent in another currency.
  • Unless otherwise stated, if your most recent bonus was a non-deposit bonus, you must make a deposit before you are eligible to receive any further bonuses—even if that bonus was marketed to you. Any breach of this condition may result in blocking future bonuses and/or the removal of any winnings resulting from the use of a non-deposit bonus.
  • If you receive a non-deposit bonus (such as a general no-deposit bonus, refer-a-friend bonus, or registration bonus) or free spins without a deposit, unless stated otherwise, the maximum amount you can win or withdraw is €100 or twice the bonus amount, whichever is greater. Any winnings exceeding this amount—including winnings accrued after additional deposits—will be removed from your account.
  • A bonus (including bonus funds from Free Spins) is also considered a non-deposit bonus if your Real Money Balance at the time the bonus is credited is lower than your most recent deposit.
  • For clarity, “Free Spins” refers to spins that do not reduce funds from your bankroll, regardless of how they are marketed; this excludes any free spins that are triggered as a game feature.
  • If you receive a claimable bonus/free spins in conjunction with a deposit offer or purchase free spins using your Real Money Balance, you must claim the bonus or play using the free spins before using your available funds (both Real Money and Bonus Balance). Failure to do so may result in any winnings being forfeited.
  • Players are permitted to play any game while a bonus is active. However, in certain games, Bonus Balance funds may not be available; when such games are opened, only your Real Money Balance will be displayed. Please refer to each game’s information card for bonus availability details.
  • A “Pending Bonus” is a bonus that will become available only after all wagering requirements are met. This bonus will appear in your Pending Bonus Balance.
  • A non-cashable bonus is one where, once the wagering requirements are met or the bonus is fully consumed, any remaining bonus funds will not be transferred to your Real Money Balance but will instead be removed.
  • Bonuses, free spins, or Golden Chips that are not subject to wagering requirements will be monitored for “Irregular Play” as described in clauses 30 and 31.
  • To be eligible to withdraw funds related to any bonus, free spins, or Golden Chips, you must have made a prior deposit and risked your own money. If you attempt to withdraw following the receipt of such rewards without having risked the necessary deposit, the bonus will be forfeited.

Wagering Requirements

  • When wagering any deposit bonus/offer (free or deposit) or bonus credited for free spins winnings, the maximum bet allowed is 10% of the original or credited bonus amount (minimum bet of 0.10) or 5 units (e.g., 5 EUR, 5 GBP, or 500 INR), whichever is lower. Failure to comply with this rule will be considered a breach of the bonus terms, and we reserve the right to void any winnings.

  • Unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer, bonuses (including winnings from Free Spins) awarded with a deposit offer carry a wagering requirement of 30 times the total amount. For example, if you deposit €10 and receive a €10 bonus, you must wager 30 times the combined amount, i.e. €20.

  • If a bonus (including winnings from Free Spins) is not awarded as part of a deposit offer or if the total bonus amount (from bonuses and Free Spins winnings) exceeds the deposit used to claim the offer, the wagering requirement will be 60 times the bonus amount only.

  • We apply three types of wagering conditions to our bonuses. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses follow standard wagering terms:

    • Standard Wagering: Bets placed in games other than Slots and Scratch cards do not count towards wagering requirements.
    • Mixed Wagering: 10% of bets placed in non-Slot or Scratch card games count towards the wagering requirements.
    • Special Mixed Wagering: 50% of bets placed in non-Slot or Scratch card games count towards the wagering requirements. This type applies only on special occasions or to players with certain statuses.

  • For all wagering types, bets placed on Crash games count as 20% towards the wagering requirements.

  • When a bonus is credited to your account, the required wagering amount is converted into bonus redeem points. The table below shows the amount you must wager in each currency to earn 0.5 points:

  • Wagering requirements are displayed as “Points to Redeem” on the Bonus page in your Personal Area.

  • Wagering counts for one bonus at a time based on the following rules:

    • For bonuses restricted to specific games, wagering will first contribute to those bonuses if the specific game is played.
    • If multiple bonuses are active with different wagering conditions, the wagering will be applied to the bonus with the highest amount first.
    • If two active bonuses have identical conditions, wagering will be applied to the bonus with the larger amount first.

  • Please note that you will always wager your Real Money funds first; only after they are fully wagered will your Bonus Balance be used.

  • Winnings will be applied only to the largest bonus used, including instances where the highest bonus balance is utilised for a bet or when the largest bonus has already accrued redeem points.

  • If a bonus is not used (i.e. wagering requirements are met or it is lost) within 30 days, and your account has no Real Money Balance, the bonus will be cancelled and removed.

  • Unless stated otherwise, you have up to 24 hours to meet the wagering requirements for non-deposit Bonuses/Free Spins; otherwise, the bonus and any winnings will be removed.

  • In cases where bonus funds are wagered and lost but the wagering requirements are not fully met—and provided you have no open games—the next deposit you make will automatically result in the bonus being deemed consumed, meaning you won’t need to complete any remaining wagering. To ensure the bonus is consumed when continuing your game session, please contact Customer Support after your deposit. Any abuse of this mechanism to avoid completing wagering requirements will result in all winnings being forfeited and may lead to the confiscation of your deposit.

  • If you have a bonus that is consumed, cancelled, or expired—either by the system or at your own request—and the wagering is not fully completed, all your winnings (including any pending or unclaimed winnings from games/promotions played while the bonus was active) will be removed.

  • Except for the games specified in clause 40.1, which do not count towards wagering, all games under the “Crash/Extra Games” category will have the following wagering requirements:

Irregular Play / Fair Play

  • We reserve the right to review transaction records and logs periodically. Should we find that a customer is engaging in irregular play, which we deem abusive at our sole discretion, we reserve the right to revoke that customer’s eligibility for any promotion.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or void any bonus and/or winnings if funds are cancelled, denied, or disputed by any payment service, payment provider, or the user.
  • We also reserve the right to withhold withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses in cases of irregular play. “Irregular play” may include, but is not limited to, the following:
    • Low-margin bets, equal bets, zero-risk bets, or hedge betting that are intentionally used to exploit bonus offers.
    • Changing your betting pattern significantly (e.g., bet type, game selection, bet structure, etc.) after increasing your balance to meet wagering requirements.
    • Using any betting system, or placing even-money bets on games such as Baccarat and Roulette.
    • Wagering to meet a bonus requirement in one currency and then switching to a stronger currency before the bonus is credited.
  • If we suspect that a player is abusing bonus offers—either individually or in conjunction with partners—we reserve the right to rescind the bonus, void any winnings, and close the relevant account(s).
  • If you have a pending withdrawal when claiming a non-deposit bonus, the casino reserves the right to void any subsequent winnings from that bonus, including the bonus amount.
  • Our promotions and bonuses are intended to reward our valued players. We have a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse and fraudulent activity. Any suspected abuse will result in the removal of bonuses and winnings.
  • Fair play requires that deposits are made with the genuine intent of playing and risking the funds deposited. Any attempt to exploit free spins or zero-wagering offers without adhering to fair play principles will result in all winnings being confiscated and future offers being disallowed.
